【摘要】 目的:进行桡动脉穿刺后引起桡动脉急性闭塞的原因分析,在临床实践中用科学手段推测桡动脉穿刺后发生闭塞的可能性,以减少桡动脉急性闭塞的发生率。方法:连续入选2017年6月至2018年5月经桡动脉穿刺进行冠状动脉介入诊疗患者,共845例。于拔除桡动脉鞘管后72h由两名有经验的医生共同进行桡动脉搏动的检查,结合拇指指氧饱和度减低判定为桡动脉是否发生急性闭塞,分为桡动脉闭塞组及非桡动脉闭塞组。采集临床资料并进行统计学分析。结果:共纳入研究对象845例,其中桡动脉急性闭塞组46例,桡动脉未闭塞组799例,两组患者进行比较,发生桡动脉急性闭塞组女性占比、年龄、高血压病史、糖尿病病史及高甘油三酯血症病史比例、术后桡动脉置管时间均高于非桡动脉闭塞组(P≤0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:桡动脉穿刺后急性闭塞的原因与女性、高龄、高血压病史、糖尿病病史、高甘油三酯血症病史及桡动脉穿刺置管时间密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the causes of acute occlusion of radial artery after radial artery puncture,and to speculate the possibility of occlusion after radial artery puncture by scientific means in clinical practice,so as to reduce the incidence of acute occlusion of radial artery.Methods:From June 2017 to May2018,845 consecutive patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention through radial artery puncture in our hospital were enrolled.Radial artery pulsation was examined by two experienced doctors 72 hours after removing the sheath tube of the radial artery.The acute occlusion of the radial artery was determined by the decrease of oxygen saturation of the thumb and finger.The patients were divided into the radial artery occlusion group and the non-radial artery occlusion group.Clinical data were collected and analyzed statistically.Result:A total of 845 patients divided into radial artery occlusion group,n = 46 and radial artery non-occlusion group n = 799.By statistical analysis the ratio of female,the age,the medical history of hypertension,the medical history of hypertension diatebes,the medical history of hypertension of hypertriglyceridemia and the retention time of radial artery sheath are higher than in the radial artery non-occlusion group,P ≤0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The causes of acute occlusion after radial artery puncture are closely related to females,seniors,hypertension,diabetes,hypertriglyceridemia and the time of radial artery puncture and catheterization.更多还原
