【Abstract】 Hechi traditional longevity culture mainly includes food culture, filial piety culture, festival culture, folk song culture, etc. It is the crystallization of the living wisdom of Hechi people, which contains rich and profound ecological aesthetics: the beauty of harmony between man and nature, harmonious interpersonal relationships, the beauty of inner peace and quietness,and the harmonious and balanced relationship that people strive to reach with nature.
