【摘要】 目的探讨以碘酊涂抹胸膜联合胸膜摩擦进行完全性胸膜固定术在预防气胸术后复发方面的价值。方法 17例自发性气胸患者接受开胸肺大疱切除手术治疗,采用碘酊涂抹胸膜联合胸膜摩擦进行完全性胸膜固定术,并对全部病例进行随访,统计术后气胸复发率。结果 17例患者全部治愈,无死亡病例;无术后并发胸腔感染,切口感染,包裹性胸腔积液的病例;术后随访率100%,随访8.8～12年,中位随访时间10.5年;无术后气胸复发病例,复发率0。结论以碘酊涂抹胸膜联合胸膜摩擦进行完全性胸膜固定术在预防气胸术后复发方面安全可靠,疗效确切,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of iodine tincture smearing combined with pleural friction complete pleurodesis in treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods A total of 17 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax who were treated in our hospital from November 2005 to December 2008 were enrolled in the study.These patents were treated by thoracotomy and resection of pulmonary bulla, moreover,who were treated by iodine tincture smearing combined with pleural friction complete pleurodesis, and all the patients were followed up, then the postoperative pneumothorax recurrence rate was statistically analyzed.Results All the patients were cured, without death case. There were no cases with chest infection, incision infection or wrapped pleural effusion. The postoperative follow-up rate was 100%, and the follow-up duration was during 8.8～12 years, with median follow-up time being 10.5 years. There were no cases with pneumothorax recurrence after the operation,with recurrence rate being 0. Conclusion The iodine tincture smearing combined with pleural friction complete pleurodesis is effective and reliable in preventing spontaneous pneumothorax relapse,therefor,it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
