【摘要】 目的研究精细化管理在静脉药物集中调配中心化疗药物调配中的应用及效果。方法回顾性分析静脉药物集中调配中心2018年1～12月化疗药物调配中出现的问题,其中2018年1～6月为常规管理,2018年7～12月为精细化管理。比较精细化管理前后静脉药物集中调配中心化疗药物调配中不良事件发生率、出门差错率、本科室医务人员满意度、临床科室医务人员满意度、患者满意度的差异。结果实施精细化管理后,化疗药物调配不良事件发生率从实施前的1.33‰降到实施后的0.24‰,差异有统计学意义(t=0.008,P<0.01);出门差错率由实施前的0.72‰降到0(t=0.022,P<0.05);本科室医务人员满意度由实施前的90.62%升高到实施后的99.75%,提升了9.13%;临床科室医务人员满意度由实施前的87.41%升高到实施后的98.89%,提升了11.48%;住院患者的满意度由实施前的90.63%升高到实施后的97.23%,提升了6.6%。结论精细化管理在静脉药物集中化疗药物调配中有着较高的应用价值,可明显降低不良事件发生率、提高本科室医务人员和临床科室医务人员的满意度,提高住院患者的满意度,提高了调配人员的防护意识和防护效果,进一步保障了患者用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effects of fine management in chemotherapy drug preparation in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS).Methods The preblems that emerged in chemotherapy drug preparation in PIVAS from January 2018 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,in which,routine management was performed from January 2018 to June 2018,and fine management was performed from July 2018 to December 2018).The incidence rate of adverse events,go-off error rate, clinical medical staff satisfaction degree and patient’s satisfaction degree were observed and analyzed.Results After the implementation of fine management,the incidence rate of adverse events in the preparation of chemotherapy drugs was decreased from 1.33‰ to 0.24‰(P<0.01),and go-off error rate was decreased from 0.72‰ to 0(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of medical staff was increased from 90.62% to 99.75%,and the satisfaction degree of medical staff in clinical departments was increased from 87.41% to 98.89%,moreover, the inpatient’s satisfaction degree was increased from 90.63% to 97.23%,which was increased by 6.6%.Conclusion The fine management has a higher application value in the chemotherapy drug preparation management in PIVAS,which can reduce the incidence rate of adverse events in the preparation of chemotherapy drugs,increase the satisfaction degree of medical staff and inpatients,improve the protection consciousness of personnel and protection effects,so as to ensure the patient’s medication satety.更多还原
