【摘要】 目的观察舒适护理在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月收治的MDS化疗患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予舒适护理干预。比较2组食欲、睡眠质量、疼痛、精神状态、生活质量、并发症发生率、舒适度及满意度。结果护理前2组食欲、睡眠质量、疼痛、HAMD、HAMA及生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后2组食欲、睡眠质量、疼痛、HAMD、HAMA评分均显著低于护理前,生活质量评分均显著高于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组食欲、睡眠质量、疼痛、HAMD、HAMA评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,舒适度评分及满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于MDS化疗患者能够有效缓解其焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高生活质量、舒适度和满意度,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effects of comfortable nursing in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS) undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with MDS who were treated by chemotherapy in our hospital from Jan 2016 to Jan 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group(n=45) and control group(n=45).The patients in control group were given routine care interventions during treatment,however,the patients in observation group were treated by comfortable nursing intervention.The patient’s appetite,sleep quality,pain,degree of anxiety and depression,life quality,complications,comfort and satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in patient’s appetite,sleep quality,pain,HAMD,HAMA and life quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05).As compared with those before nursing,the patient’s appetite,sleep quality,pain,HAMD and HAMA scores were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment,however,the life quality scores were significantly increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).Moreover the above indexes in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).The ncidence rates of complications in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and comfort and satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes who receive chemotherapy can effectively relieve anxiety and depression emotions,improve life quality,comfort and satisfaction degree,thus,it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
