【摘要】 目的通过对浆细胞性乳腺炎患者进行个性化的护理干预,达到提高患者生活质量的目的。方法选取就诊的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分成试验组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者进行普通的责任制整体护理,试验组患者通过深入细致的了解后给予有针对性的个体化护理干预。结果试验组患者在给予了个体化护理干预措施后患者的满意度有明显提高(P<0.05),患者的睡眠质量、情绪状态也有了明显好转(P<0.05)。结论通过个体化的护理干预能显著提高浆细胞性乳腺炎患者患病后的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To perform the individualized nursing intervention for patients with plasma cell mastitis(PCM) in order to improve the life quality of patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with plasmacytic mastitis who were admitted and treated in our hospital were enrolled as research subjects,who were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30) and control group(n=30). The patients in control group were treated by common responsibility system holistic nursing, however the patients in experimental group were treated by targeted individualized nursing intervention after intensive understanding.Results After individualized nursing intervention, the satisfaction degree of the patients in experimental group was significantly improved,as compared with that before individualized nursing intervention(P<0.05), moreover the sleep quality and emotional state of patients were also significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention can significantly improve the life quality of patients with plasma cell mastitis after illness.更多还原
