【摘要】 目的探讨益气养阴活血方对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效,进一步评价其有效性,确保其临床应用安全性。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月住院治疗的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者180例,根据患者的治疗意愿平均分为对照组和研究组,每组80例。对照组给予患者常规口服药物治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予益气养阴活血方治疗,1个月为1个疗程,2组患者治疗周期均为2个疗程,治疗结束后对2组患者进行心绞痛发作次数、心电图ST段改变情况、临床症状疗效、中医证候疗效、生活质量改善情况进行对比研究。结果研究组与对照组治疗前年龄、性别比与病程比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。益气养阴活血方联合常规西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床疗效显著,2组患者心绞痛发作次数、心电图ST段改变情况、临床症状疗效、中医证候疗效、生活质量改善方面较治疗前差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血方联合常规西药口服治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者的相关症状,减少疾病的发病次数,改善患者的生活质量,且减少了疾病对于患者及其家庭以及社会的经济负担,值得临床进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Yiqiyangyinhuoxue prescription on stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease, and further evaluate its effectiveness, so as to insure its clinical application safety.Methods A total of 180 patients with stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were divided into control group(n=80) and research group(n=80) according to the willingness of patients. The patients in control group were treated by traditional oral drug therapy, however,thepatients in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Yiqiyangyinhuoxue prescription,with a treatment course of 2 months for both groups.After treatment, the onset frequency of angina pectoris, electrocardiography ST segment change situation, clinical symptom curative effects, Chinese medicine syndrome curative effects, improvement status of life quality were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment there were no statistically significant differences in age, sex ratio, course of disease between research group and control group(P>0.05).with comparability. Yiqiyangyinhuoxue prescription combined traditional western medicine had significant clinical effects in treatment of stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.There were statistical significances in onset frequency of angina pectoris, the changes of electrocardiogram(ECG) ST segment, clinical symptom curative effects, Chinese medicine syndrome curative effects, improvement status of life quality in the two groups before treatment and after treatment(P<0.05). Moreover these indexes mentioned above in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Yiqiyangyinhuoxue prescription combined with western medicine oral medication has significant clinical curative effects on stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease,which can effectively improve the related symptoms of patients, improve the life quality of patients, and reduce the economic burden of patients and their families, which is worthy of further clinical application.更多还原
