阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死对患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8及MMP-9水平的影响
Effects of atorvastatin on the serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and MMP-9 in treatment of acute cerebral infarction
【摘要】 目的探究阿伐托他汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效,及其在降低机体炎性反应中的作用。方法选择2015年2月至2016年9月接受治疗的急性脑梗死患者104例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组52例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,研究组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予阿伐托他汀进行治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后神经功能和生活能力,e NOS和NO水平检测,动脉粥样斑块评估以及血清hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8及MMP-9水平。结果治疗后,研究组患者的NHISS评分和BI指数均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后研究组患者e NOS和NO水平高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后,研究组IMT、斑块面积、斑块数均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗前,2组患者的IL-6、IL-8、MMP-9和hs-CRP水平无显著性差异(P> 0. 05);治疗后,2组患者的IL-6、IL-8、MMP-9和hs-CRP水平均显著下降,且研究组水平显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论阿托伐他汀有助于恢复急性脑梗死患者神经功能,改善血管内皮功能,减少斑块数量,降低血清hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8及MMP-9水平,具有较高的临床应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of atorvastatin on acute cerebral infarction,and to explore its role in reducing the body’s inflammatory response. Methods A total of 104 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to September 2016 were enrolled in the study. According to random digital table,these patients were divided into control group( n = 54) and observation group( n = 54). The patients in control group were treated by routine therapy,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of routine therapy,were treated by atorvastatin. The nerve function and life ability,the levels of e NOS and NO,atheromatous plaque and the serum levels of hsCRP,IL-6,IL-8 and MMP-9 before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the NHISS scores and BI index in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group( P <0. 05),and the levels of e NOS and NO in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05).Moreover after treatment,the levels of IMT,the plaque area and plaque number in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of IL-6,IL-8,MMP-9 and hs-CRP between two groups( P > 0. 05). After treatment the levels of IL-6,IL-8,MMP-9 and hs-CRP were significantly decreased in both groups,moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Atorvastatin can effectively improve the nerve function of patients with acute cerebral infarction,improve endothelial function,reduce the serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and MMP-9,therefor,it has important clinical application value.
