【摘要】 目的分析小腿GustiloⅢC型损伤患者采用单边外固定支架结合皮瓣治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年12月收治的30例小腿GustiloⅢC型损伤患者,采用单边外固定支架结合皮瓣的方式进行治疗。术后随访观察患者皮瓣存活情况、骨折愈合时间,并通过Mazur踝关节功能评分评价患者踝关节功能恢复情况。结果术后随访12～36个月,平均(17.5±6.0)个月。骨折断端对位及力线维持良好,骨折完全愈合平均时间为(4.8±1.8)个月。本组患者均未发生深部感染、骨髓炎等,皮瓣外观和感觉功能恢复良好。Mazu踝关节功能评分,优12例,良10例,可6例,差2例,优良率为73.3%。结论小腿GustiloⅢC型损伤患者采用单边外固定支架结合皮瓣治疗的临床效果良好,创面及骨折愈合时间短,且踝关节功能恢复良好,可在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyzed the clinical effects of unilateral external fixation combined with flaps in patients with injured leg Gustilo IIIC.Methods Thirty patients with Gustilo IIIC injuries in the calf from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were treated with unilateral external fixation and flaps.Postoperative follow-up was performed to observe the skin flap survival and fracture healing time.The function of the ankle joint was evaluated by the Mazur ankle function score.Results The follow-up period was 12 to 36 months,with an average of(17.5±6.0)months.The alignment and force lines of fractured fractures were well maintained.The average time for complete fracture healing was(4.8±1.8)months.No deep infection or osteomyelitis occurred in this group of patients,and the appearance and sensory function of the flaps recovered well.Mazu ankle joint function score was excellent in 12 cases,good in 10 cases,fair in 6 cases,and poor in 2 cases.The excellent and good rate was 73.3%.Conclusions The patients with Gustilo IIIC injury in the lower leg were treated with unilateral external fixator combined with flaps.The clinical results were good,the healing time of wounds and fractures was short,and the ankle joint function recovered well.It can be widely used in clinical practice.更多还原
