【摘要】 为探究3种中草药不同配比对水霉病的抑菌效果,选取大黄、苦参、五倍子3种中草药,接种培养水霉孢子,采用抑菌圈测定法检验抑菌效果。将三种中草药分别设置1.0、0.5、0.3 mg/mL(药物含量)三个浓度,并设置9组不同配比组合进行实验。结果显示,在孢子数浓度为8×10~7cuf/mL的情况下,苦参1.0 mg/mL+大黄0.3 mg/mL+五倍子0.3 mg/mL以1∶1∶1组合,抑菌圈直径为19.5 mm,对水霉菌抑制效果最好,同时复方组合对水霉菌的抑制效果均要好于单方中草药。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the inhibitory effects of three Chinese herbal medicines on saprolegniasis in different proportions, rhubarb, Sophora flavescens and Galla chinensis were tested, water mold spores were cultivated, and inhibition zone determination method were used to test inhibitory effect. Three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were set at concentrations of 1.0,0.5 and 0.3 mg/mL(drug content) respectively, and 9 groups of combinations with different ratios were set for experiments. The results showed that under the condition of spore number concentration of 8×10~7cuf/mL, the combination of Sophora flavescens 1 mg/mL+ rhubarb 0.3 mg/mL+ Galla chinensis 0.3 mg/mL according to the ratio of 1∶1∶1, with a inhibition zone of 19.5 mm, had the best inhibitory effect on water mold, and the compound combination had better inhibitory effect on water mold than single Chinese herbal medicine tested.更多还原
