【摘要】 介绍了河冶科技股份有限公司炼钢分厂针对原料工段出入库数据准确性差、盘库所需时间长等问题,对吊钩秤称重系统实施信息化改造的过程。通过铺设无线网络,为配料人员配备手持PDA,吊钩秤增加二次仪表等措施,实现了原料工段称重数据的自动采集,改变了库存管理流程,库存盘点由"每月一结"到随时查询,数据准确性明显提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the data poor accuracy of raw material storage and the long time for plate storage in steelmaking plant of Heye Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.,information transformation was implemented in hook scale weighing system. By laying wireless network,equipping with hand-held PDA for staff and adding secondary instruments to hook scale,the automatic collection of weighing data in raw material section has been realized,and the inventory management process has been changed. Inventory inventory has changed from " one statement per month" to query at any time. The accuracy of data has been improved significantly.更多还原
