【摘要】 结合湖北省优质稻生产特点,提出了从亲本选择、后代材料筛选、常规育种方法与现代生物技术相结合等方面选育长粒型优质籼稻的育种策略。利用这一育种策略创制了83份长粒型优质籼稻新种质,其中有9份材料稻米品质达到部优二级,有37份材料稻米品质达到部优三级,长粒型优质籼稻育种还需要加强抗病性、耐热性及食味品质的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combined with high quality rice(Oryza sativa L.) in Hubei province,the breeding strategy of high quality and long grain shaped Indica rice was put forward from the aspects of parent selection, selection of progeny materials, combination of conventional breeding methods and modern biotechnology. 83 new germplasms were created with this breeding strategy, 9 materials were grade 2 and 37 materials were grade 3. Further studies on disease restriction, hot tolerance and eating quality need to be strengthened.更多还原
