丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯三元共聚物的抗冲击性能分析

【摘要】 为了改善由丙烯腈、苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯所组成的三元共聚物(ASA)在高温条件下易变形、低温条件下的耐冲击能力差的缺欠,以ASA为主原料,选择不同种类的相容剂、填料、抗氧剂、润滑剂,探讨了不同组分和配比的助剂对ASA树脂体系的力学性能和耐热性能的影响。结果表明,添加2种相容剂POE-g-MAH与RPS以比例7∶3进行复配,同时添加按照如下特定加工工艺制备的自制填料:将凹凸棒土和叶蜡石按比例5∶2进行混合,在440℃煅烧3 h,冷却至室温后在球磨机中研磨2 h,过筛(筛孔尺寸6.5μm),再经过体积分数为0.09的苯基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇溶液进行表面处理,可以制备出性能优异的ASA树脂,能够显著提升体系的力学性能和耐热性能。

【Abstract】 The terpolymer composed of acrylonitrile, styrene and acrylate(ASA) has excellent comprehensive performance, but it also has some defects, such as easy deformation at high temperature and poor impact resistance at low temperature. Taking ASA as the main raw materials, different compatibility agents, fillers, antioxidants and lubricants are selected to explore the effects of different components and ratios of additives on the mechanical properties and heat resistance of ASA resin system, so as to improve the comprehensive properties of ASA resin and make it widely used. The results show that, adding two compatilizer POE-g-MAH and RPS proportion to 7∶3(mass ratio) for distribution, at the same time adding homemade packing according to the specific processing technology preparation as follows: the attapulgite and pyrophyllite in proportion to 5∶2(mass ratio), in 440 ℃ calcination 3 h, 2 h after cooling to room temperature in the ball mill grinding, sieving(mesh size 6.5 microns), by 9%(volume fraction) phenyl triethoxy silane ethanol solution for surface treatment. ASA resin with excellent properties can be prepared, which can significantly improve the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the system, and further expand the application field of ASA resin.
