【摘要】 果蔬生物活性物质是指果蔬中含有的可以调节人体生理功能、提高免疫力、预防疾病,具有营养保健功能的化合物。本研究综述了几种特色果蔬的食用营养成分及药用保健成分概况,指出了在心脑血管疾病方面的药理作用,同时阐述了生物活性物质在保健功效中的作用,以期为果蔬天然生物活性物质在防治高血压及其他疾病方面提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bioactive substances in fruits and vegetables refer to the compounds that can regulate the physiological function of human body,improve immunity,prevent diseases and have the function of nutrition and health care. This paper introduces the general situation of edible nutrition and medical health care ingredients of several characteristic fruits and vegetables,points out the research progress of pharmacological action in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and expounds the bioactive substances in protecting cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
