植物钾通道与钾转运体研究进展
Advance of Potassium Channels and Transporters in Plant
【摘要】 钾通道与钾转运体是植物钾离子吸收的重要途径。根据其蛋白结构与功能的不同,可分为Shaker钾通道家族、TPK钾通道家族、Kir-like钾通道家族、GNGC钾通道、KUP/HAK/KT钾转运体家族、HKT钾转运体家族、CPA钾转运体家族,这些蛋白家族均在不同植物或同种植物的不同组织器官中有所表达。分别从结构、功能以及相关蛋白3个方面出发,对上述钾通道和钾转运体家族的分子生物学研究进展进行了详细的综述。
【Abstract】 Potassium channels and transporters are important pathways for plant potassium uptake. According to the protein structure and function,they can be divided into Shaker potassium channel family,TPK potassium channel family,Kir-like potassium channel family,GNGC potassium channel,KUP/HAK/KT potassium transporter family,HKT potassium transporter family,CPA transporter family,and all of which are expressed in different tissues or organs in plants. In this study,the molecular biology research progress of the above potassium channel and potassium transporter families were reviewed in detail for three aspects: structure,function and related proteins.
