便携式代步车折叠车架的轻量化设计

【摘要】 为对某便携式代步车的折叠车架进行轻量化设计,先建立折叠车架的有限元模型,对代步车的不同工况进行分析与确定,再于不同工况条件下对折叠车架进行静力学分析,根据车架的应力应变情况,采用分步优化的方式,对折叠车架的多个尺寸参数进行优化,并对优化后的结果进行静力学特性分析。优化后的折叠车架满足刚度与强度要求,减重28.4%,表明分步优化可以达到较好的轻量化效果。

【Abstract】 The finite element model of folding frame is established for the lightweight design of folding frame of a portable bicycle.The different working conditions of the surrogate bicycle are analyzed and determined.Static analysis of folding frame is carried out under different working conditions.According to the stress and strain of the frame,the multi-dimensional parameters of the folding frame are optimized by step optimization method.The static characteristics of the optimized results are analyzed.The optimized folding frame meets the requirements of stiffness and strength,and reduces the weight by 28.4%.The results show that the step-by-step optimization can achieve better lightweight effect.
