【摘要】 近年来,河北省成人高等教育在终身学习思想的指导下得到了迅速发展,为解决社会个体学历补偿、提高职业能力素质、促进当地经济和社会发展做出了巨大贡献。但当前河北省成人高等教育仍存在一些不足。河北省成人高等教育办学单位应从转变办学理念、优化专业设置、改革人才培养模式、加强师资队伍建设、丰富网上学习资源、提高信息化服务水平等几个方面着力提高人才培养质量,促进河北省成人高等教育的可持续健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, adult higher education in Hebei province has developed rapidly under the guidance of lifelong learning. It has made great contributions in solving the social individual’s academic compensation, improving the quality of professional ability, and promoting local economic and social development. But there are still some problems that can not be ignored, such as the development concept is backward, the specialty lacks characteristics, the talent training model is old, teachers and learning resources are scarce, the information management level and the modern teaching means are outdated. Adult higher education institutions in Hebei Province should focus on improving the quality of personnel training through transforming the concept of running school, optimizing professional settings, reforming the talent training model,strengthening the construction of teacher team, enriching online learning resources, and improving the level of information services, so as to promote its sustainable and healthy development.更多还原
