公路埋地玻璃钢夹砂管力学行为数值分析
Finite element analysis of mechanical properties of buried-fiber-glass-reinforced-plastic-mortar pipe
【摘要】 玻璃钢夹砂管具有轻质、高刚度、寿命长等诸多优点,在交通工程领域得到了广泛的应用。由于各种不利因素的存在,对埋地玻璃钢夹砂管现场力学测试一直遇到瓶颈。随着现代建模技术的不断发展,利用ANSYS有限元力学分析程序,对埋深分别为50 cm、80 cm、100 cm的埋地管在重量为20 t、40 t、60 t卡车下的受力变形作分析,将试验结果与仿真结果加以对比。结果表明,各个工况下的测点误差控制在15%以内,验证模型的可行性与实用性。研究结果与方法为模拟埋地管其他力学性能和工况提供依据。
【Abstract】 Glass-reinforced-plastic-mortar pipe has many advantages, such as light weight, high rigidity, long service life and so on. It has been widely used in the field of traffic engineering. However,with the existence of various unfavorable factors, the field mechanical test of buried-glass-fiber-reinforced-plastic-mortar pipe has encountered bottlenecks. With the continuous development of modern modeling technology, using ANSYS finite element analysis program of mechanics, the buried depth is respectively 50, 80 and 100 cm in the weight of the pipe deformation analysis of 20,40, 60 t truck, the experimental and simulation results were compared. The results show that the measurement error is controlled within 15%, and the feasibility and practicability of the model are verified. The research results and methods provide the basis for simulating other mechanical properties and working conditions of buried pipes.
