废弃晶硅太阳能电池中银与硅的静电分选
Electrostatic separation of silver and silicon in waste crystalline silicon solar cells
【摘要】 为提高废弃晶硅太阳能电池板中银、硅等有价值材料的回收率,采用针-辊式静电分选机对静电分选中影响分选效率的设备参数进行了实验探究.首先通过单因素实验确定因素范围,再通过正交实验确定银和硅分选的最佳参数配置.实验结果表明:在最佳参数配置下银的分选效率为94.37%,硅的分选效率为78.58%;实验最佳参数配置为电晕极角度80°,极间距80 mm,电压27.5 kV,转速90 r/min.本研究为静电分选废弃晶硅太阳能电池板中银和硅的实验参数设置提供了依据.
【Abstract】 In order to improve the recoveries of valuable materials such as silver and silicon in waste crystalline silicon solar panels, the experimental parameters which influence the separation efficiency of electrostatic separation were explored. First, the range of factors was determined through a single factor experiment. Then orthogonal experiments were performed to determine the optimal parameters for silver and silicon separation. The optimum parameters configuration of the silver and silicon separation were obtained by using the needle—roller electrostatic separation machine. The results show that the separation efficiency of silver is 94.37% under the optimal parameters configuration, and the efficiency of silicon separation is 78.58%. The optimum parameters for the experiment are configured for the corona electrode angle of 80 °, the electrode spacing of 80 mm, the voltage of 27.5 kV, and the rotating speed of 90 r/min. This study provides the basis for setting the experimental parameters of the electrostatic separation of silver and silicon in waste crystalline silicon solar panels.
