2014—2018年攀枝花地区献血者血液检测结果分析

【摘要】 目的分析攀枝花地区2014—2018年献血者血液检测不合格结果及检测不合格导致的血液报废情况,为血站采取有效的控制措施,降低血液检测不合格率,减少血液浪费提供依据。方法收集2014年1月至2018年12月在攀枝花市中心血站成功献血的76 528例无偿献血者的血液检测结果,并对检测不合格率、检测不合格导致的血液报废情况、血液报废率进行分析。结果 5年间检测平均不合格率为2.68%,各检测项目不合格率为:ALT>抗-TP>HBsAg>抗-HCV>抗-HIV;检测不合格导致的血液平均报废率为2.38%,各检测项目不合格导致的报废率为:ALT>抗-TP>HBsAg>抗-HCV>抗-HIV;检验不合格导致的报废血液产品以红细胞和血浆为主。结论血液检测不合格为攀枝花地区血液报废的主要原因。应加强无偿献血知识的宣传及献血前健康征询工作,提高献血者自我排查意识;加强献血前传染性标志物的快速检测;选择合适的血液检测策略,从而提高血液检测合格率,保证血液安全并减少血液浪费。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the results of unqualified blood tests in Panzhihua area from 2014 to 2018,and to provide basis for taking effective control measures to reduce the unqualified rate of blood test and blood waste.Methods The blood test results of 76 528 volunteer blood donors who successfully donated blood in Panzhihua Center Blood Station from January 2014 to December 2018 were collected. The failure rate, blood scrap and blood scrap rate were analyzed. Results The average unqualified rate during the five years was 2.68%. The unqualified rate of each items as follows: alanine aminotransferase(ALT) > Treponema pallidum antibody(anti-TP) > hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) > antibodies against hepatitis C virus(anti-HCV) > human immunodeficiency virus antibody(anti-HIV). The average blood scrap rate caused by unqualified test was 2.38%. The rate amount of scrap caused by each test item as follows: ALT > anti-TP > HBsAg > anti-HCV > anti-HIV. The discarded blood products caused by unqualified tests were mainly red blood cells and plasma. Conclusion The mainly reason of blood discarding in Panzhihua area is unqualified of blood test. It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of blood donation knowledge and health consultation before blood donation, and raise the consciousness of self-investigation of blood donors. At the same time, the rapid detection of infectious markers before blood donation should be strengthened, and appropriate blood testing strategies should be selected to improve the blood test pass rate, ensure blood safety and reduce blood waste.
