电子支气管镜下细胞学检查联合脱氧核糖核酸倍体分析在肺癌诊断中的价值

【摘要】 目的:探讨电子支气管镜(简称为"支气管镜")下细胞学检查联合脱氧核糖核酸(Deoxyribonucleic acid,DNA)倍体分析在肺癌诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析219例疑似肺癌体检者的病理学资料与临床资料,将支气管镜细胞学检查联合DNA倍体分析结果与病理学检查结果对照。结果:支气管镜细胞学检查对肺癌的敏感度、特异度、符合率分别为53.76%、92.06%、75.80%;DNA倍体分析对肺癌的敏感度、特异度、符合率分别为70.97%、92.86%、83.56%;支气管镜细胞学检查联合DNA倍体分析对肺癌的敏感度、特异度、符合率分别为80.65%、92.06%、87.21%。结论:电子支气管镜下细胞学检查联合DNA倍体分析可提高肺癌诊断的敏感度、符合率。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of cytological examination under electronic bronchoscopy combined with deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA) ploidy analysis in diagnosing lung cancer. Methods: The pathological and clinical data of 219 patients with suspected lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The findings of cytological examination under bronchoscopy combined with DNA ploidy analysis were compared with pathological findings. Results: The sensitivity, specificity, and coincidence rate of cytological examination under bronchoscopy for lung cancer were 53.76%, 92.06%, and 75.80%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate of DNA ploidy analysis for lung cancer were 70.97%, 92.86% and 83.56%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate of cytological examination under bronchoscopy combined with DNA ploidy analysis for lung cancer were 80.65%, 92.06% and 87.21%, respectively. Conclusion: Cytological examination under bronchoscopy combined with DNA ploidy analysis may improve the sensitivity and coincidence rate of lung cancer diagnosis.
