【摘要】 目的:研究探讨新型大块充填树脂Sure Fil SDR对牙颈部楔状缺损修复的临床效果。方法:选取180颗牙颈部楔状缺损的上颌第一前磨牙或第二前磨牙,随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组60颗患牙。A组使用登士柏SDR树脂充填修复,B组使用义获嘉韦瓦登特纳米瓷化流体树脂Tetric N-Flow充填修复,C组使用3M Z350XT纳米树脂充填修复。对比3组疗效及并发症情况。结果:与其余两组相比较,A组对牙颈部楔状缺损的修复效率更高,并发症更低(均P<0.05)。结论:SDR树脂修复牙颈部楔状缺损能明显降低术后充填物脱落风险,有效降低充填后敏感等并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of new block filling resin Sure Fil SDR on the restoration of wedge-shaped defect at dental cervix. Methods: A total of 180 maxillary first premolars or second premolars with wedge shaped defects at dental cervix were included and randomly divided into groups A,B and C( n = 60 each). Group A was filled with SDR resin( Densply) for restoration. Group B was filled with nano-sized ceramic fluid resin Tetric N-Flow( Ivoclar Vivadent) for restoration. Group C was filled with Z350 XT nanoscale resin( 3 M) for restoration. The effects and complications of the three groups were compared. Results: Compared with groups B and C,the restoration efficiency of wedge-shaped defects at dental cervix was higher with lower complications in group A( both( P<0.05). Conclusion: The restoration of wedge-shaped defect at dental cervix with SDR resin may significantly reduce the risk of postoperative loss of dental fillings,and significantly decrease the incidence of complications,such as sensitivity after filling.更多还原
