火焰原子吸收光谱法测定废水中总铬的不确定度评定

【摘要】 从样品消解、校准曲线配制、样品分析等全过程对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定废水中的总铬进行分析,根据JJF1059-1999技术规范的要求对其测量不确定度进行评定。考虑到测定结果的不确定度主要来自标准溶液及配制、工作曲线拟合、样品消解、样品重复测定、取样和定容体积等因素,计算出废水中总铬的结果为1. 79±0. 04 mg/L(k=2)。结果表明,影响总铬测量不确定度的主要因素是校准曲线拟合、重复样品测量和样品消解。

【Abstract】 The whole process of the determination of total chromium in waste water by FAAS was discussed,including sample digestion,calibration curve preparation and determination. The uncertainty of the determination was evaluated according to JJF 1059-1999. The calculated results of total chromium in waste water was 1. 79 ± 0. 04 mg/L( k = 2) taking into account the uncertainty mainly from the preparation of standard solution,the working curve fitting,sample digestion,sample repetition measurement,sampling and constant volume and other factors. The results showed that the working curve fitting,sample digestion and sample repetition measurement were the main sources of measurement uncertainty of total chromium.
