【摘要】 在创新驱动的社会主流下,高素质的应用型创新人才是各行业在产业化升级和更新中的主力军。本文在分析材料成型及控制工程专业人才培养现状的基础上,提出基于OBE理论(成果导向理念)的创新并行应用型人才培养模式。以期通过明确全新的课程体系和培养目标、开设实验大平台、建立稳定的校企合作实践基地、建立个性化教学成果评价体系等策略,逐步实现兼具实践应用能力以及创新能力的复合人才的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the innovation-driven social mainstream,high-quality application-oriented innovative talents are the major driving force in industrial upgrading and updating.After the analysis of present situation of talents training in material forming and control engineering,a training mode of innovative & applied talents based on OBE mode was proposed.It was expected that compound talents with both practical application ability and innovation ability will be cultivated gradually under the following strategy:clarifying new curriculum system and training objectives,setting up a large experimental platform,establishing a stable practice base for school-enterprise cooperation,and establishing a personalized teaching achievement evaluation system.更多还原
