AFM滤料处理油田废水的实验研究

【摘要】 AFM滤料是一种经过化学激活基于硅铝酸盐沸石及斜发沸石的过滤介质,有自身的优越性。通过实验发现此新型材料应用于油田废水中去除油类污染物可行,实验结果:AFM滤柱进水含油量浓度在600 mg/L以下,出水含油量均低于10 mg/L,适应进水油污浓度范围较宽;反冲洗所需时间仅为9 min,油污去除效率达到95%以上,结果表明AFM滤料过滤及反洗效果均较常规石英砂滤料更理想。

【Abstract】 AFM glass filter material is a kind of filter medium which is chemically activated based on aluminosilicate zeolite and clinoptilolite,and it has its own advantages.It was found that this new material was applicable to the removal of oil pollutants from oilfield wastewater through experiments.The influent oil content of the AFM filter column was below600 mg/L,the oil content of the effluent was less than 10 mg/L,and the concentration range of the influent water was wider.The time required for backwashing was only 9 min,and the efficiency of oil removal was 95%.The above results showed that the AFM filter material filtration and backwashing effect were more ideal than the quartz sand filter material.
