【Abstract】 Taking IEET engineering education professional certification as the starting point,the connotation and extension of new engineering education were deeply understand,the achievement-oriented concept of professional certification was used to guide the construction of material chemistry specialty correctly,the development of professional connotation construction was actively promoted,and the practical ability and comprehensive quality of applied engineering and technical personnel were improved.
