香薷挥发油与β-环糊精包合工艺的优化及其包合物的表征

【摘要】 以贵州省药用植物香薷新鲜地上部分为原料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,采用水溶液法制备香薷挥发油β-环糊精包合物,利用星点设计-效应面法对其包合工艺进行优化,结果表明,最优包合工艺为:投料比为挥发油∶β-环糊精=1∶6. 31(m L∶g),包合时间242 min(4 h),包合温度59. 8℃。利用UV、IR、DSC和电镜扫描(SEM)对包合物进行表征,结果表明,香薷挥发油β-环糊精包合物已经形成。研究可为贵州省药用植物资源香薷的进一步开发利用提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Taking fresh aerial parts of medicinal plant Elsholtzia in Guizhou Province as raw materials,volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation,β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of Elsholtzia volatile oil was prepared by aqueous solution method,and the inclusion process was optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology. The optimal inclusion process was as follows: the feed ratio was volatile oil ∶ β-cyclodextrin = 1 ∶ 6. 31(m L ∶ g),the inclusion time was 242 min(4 h),and the inclusion temperature was 59. 8 ℃. The inclusion complexes were characterized by UV,IR,DSC and electron microscopy(SEM). The results showed that the β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of the volatile oil of toona sinensis had been formed. The study can provide a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of the medicinal plant resources in Guizhou Province.
