阻燃剂季戊四醇螺环磷酸酯的合成

【摘要】 以季戊四醇、三氯氧磷为原料,合成了季戊四醇二磷酸酯二磷酰氯,再与对甲酚反应合成了阻燃剂季戊四醇螺环磷酸酯。探讨了原料配比、反应时间、反应温度对中间体和阻燃剂收率的影响,结果表明:110℃的条件下,原料配比为1∶5,反应6 h时,中间体收率可达64. 7%;在中间体配比为1∶2时,反应温度为80℃、反应时间为5 h时,阻燃剂收率可达74. 9%。熔点测试表明:阻燃剂熔点高于中间体。并对阻燃剂进行了红外结构测试。

【Abstract】 Pentaerythritol diphosphate diphosphoryl chloride(PDD) was synthesized from pentaerythritol and phosphorus oxychloride,the flame retardant pentaerythritol spirocyclic phosphate was synthesized by reacting PDD with pcresol. The effect of raw material ratio,reaction time and reaction temperature on the yield of intermediates and flame retardant was discussed. The results showed that with 110 ℃ reaction for 6 h,and raw material ratio of 1∶5,midbody yield was higher to 64. 7%. With raw material ratio of 1∶2,80 ℃ reaction for 5 h,the flame retardant yield was higher to 74. 9%. Result of fusing point test showed that the fusing point of flame retardan was highter than the midbody. The structural of flame retardant was tested by IR.
