O3-H2O2-Mn(Ⅱ)催化氧化降解直接大红4BE
DR4BE Oxidatively Degraded by O3-H2O2-Mn(Ⅱ)
【摘要】 本试验以一定浓度的直接大红4BE降解为研究目的。结果表明:直接大红4BE在气液混合泵的作用下可增溶臭氧,加速其氧化脱色降解;直接大红4BE在臭氧增溶与在双氧水投加量为1 m L/L条件下,降解效率最佳;初始p H=3.0的体系下,降解速率加快,降解的效果更好;2 mmol/L锰离子(II)促进臭氧降解直接大红4BE;直接大红4BE中的苯环和偶氮结构遭到O3-H2O2破坏,最后溶液酸度增大,可能氧化降解生成低分子羧酸类物质。
【Abstract】 This experiment degraded a certain concentration of DR4BE for research purposes.The method comprised that DR4BE can solubilize ozone under the action of gas-liquid mixing pump to accelerate its oxidative decolorization and degradation.DR4BE was best in degradation efficiency when ozone solubilization and hydrogen peroxide dosage was1 m L/L.Under the system of pH=3.0,the degradation rate was faster and the degradation effect was better.2 mmol/L manganese ion(Ⅱ)promoted ozone degradation directly to DR4BE.The benzene ring and azo structure in DR4BE were destroyed by O3-H2O2,and finally the solution acidity increased and may be oxidatively degraded to form low molecular weight carboxylic acids.
