高效液相色谱法同时测定一点红中8种活性成分的含量

【摘要】 建立同时分离一点红药材中原儿茶酸、咖啡酸、牡荆素等8种黄酮和有机酸及其含量测定的方法。采用超声辅助萃取-高效液相色谱法,8种成分在20 min内均达到良好分离,标准曲线在线性范围内有良好的线性关系,其所得相关系数均大于0.9992(n=8)。加样回收率平均值为97.9%~103.3%(n=3),RSD为0.18%~1.91%。实验表明本方法操作简单、快速、有较好的重现性和稳定性,为药用植物一点红的质量控制提供了实验依据。

【Abstract】 The method for separation and determination of 3,4-dihydroxybenzonic acid, caffeic acid and vitexin in Emilia sonchifolia was established, using the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method with ultrasonic extraction and linear gradient elution. The results showed the best conditions. 8 components were well separated in 20 min, and the standard curves had a good linear relationship within the linear range, and their correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9992(n=8). The average value of the recovery rate was 97.9%~103.3%(n=3). The experiment showed that the method was simple, fast, accurate, and had good reproducibility and stability. It provided experimental basis for the quality control of medicinal plant Emilia sonchifolia.
