【摘要】 简单介绍了甲氧基丙烯酸酯型杀菌剂啶氧菌酯的主要特点和应用前景,对其合成路线进行了总结,分为两条主要合成路线:先醚化后构建其他合成单元以形成产物以及先构建好合成单元然后再进行醚化反应形成产物,接下来对两个结构单元的合成进行了综述。在此基础上,对两条合成工艺路线的特点进行了分析,以邻甲基苯乙酸为原料的合成路线是合成啶氧菌酯的具有竞争力的路线。

【Abstract】 The main characteristics and application prospects of methoxy acrylate type fungicide Picoxystrobin were briefly introduced, and its synthetic route was summarized. It was divided into two main synthetic routes: one was that the rest synthesis building block was constructed to form product after etherification reaction, the other was that the building block was constructed completely, and then the product was formed by etherification. The syntheses of the two building blocks were reviewed. On this basis, the characteristics of the two synthetic routes were analyzed. The synthetic route starting with o-methylphenylacetic acid as raw material was a competitive route for Picoxystrobin synthesis
