基于表面增强拉曼光谱技术检测化妆品中的香豆素

【摘要】 利用表面增强拉曼光谱(surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy,SERS)技术,考查了反应温度、激光照射时间、测定体系pH及与纳米银的体积比对香豆素拉曼信号的影响。结合L9(34)正交设计实验,建立了其含量检测的分析方法,该方法在0. 1~100 mg/L的浓度范围内具有较好的线性关系,其相关系数R2为0. 9953,检出限为0. 117 mg/L。将该方法用于散粉、唇膏、口红等实际样的检测,在5 mg/L、10 mg/L两个添加水平下,所得加标回收率为84%~105%,相对标准偏差为1. 85%~7. 23%。为化妆品中痕量化学性危害物的快速检测提供了一种新的思路。

【Abstract】 The effects of reaction temperature,laser irradiation time,p H of the measurement system and the volume ratio of coumarin to silver nanoparticles on the coumarin Raman signal were investigated by surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy( SERS). Combined with L9(34) orthogonal test,coumarin content was detected. The method had good linearity in the concentration range of 0. 1 ~ 100 mg/L,and its linear correlation coefficient R2 was 0. 9953,and the detection limit was 0. 117 mg/L. The established method was applied to the loose powder,lipstick and lipstick actual sample detection. Under the two addition levels of 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L,the recoveries were between 84% and 105%,and the relative standard deviation( RSD) was 1. 85% ~ 7. 23%. It provided a new idea for the rapid detection of trace chemical hazards in cosmetics.
