【Abstract】 In order to improve the comprehensive quality of grassroots cadres in Guangzhou, Guangzhou Municipal Party Organization Department launched the project of "Yangcheng Village Officials Going to College" in 2012, which was entrusted to Guangzhou Open University for implementation. After 7 years of efforts, by insisting on practice and research at the same time, we have formed a new path of demand-oriented and multidimensional linkage to cultivate rural grassroots cadres, and constructed a modular teaching content system for rural grassroots cadres and a "6+N" blended teaching method. The practice and exploration of Guangzhou provides a paradigm for cultivating a strong team of rural grassroots party organizations so as to fully implement the "Village Revitalization Strategy" and accelerate the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers".更多还原
