基于PLC的智能楼宇中电地热监控系统的设计与实现
Design and implementation of electric geothermal monitoring system in intelligent building based on PLC
【摘要】 介绍了智能楼宇中电地热控制系统的工作原理。通过对电地热系统的研究,结合智能楼宇的特点,采用工业PLC控制器设计了智能楼宇电地热控制系统。系统下位机采用PLC控制模块结合传感器网络来进行被控参数的数据采集,网络通信采用Modbus总线通信;系统上位机采用组态软件进行开发,设计出可视化的监控子系统,上位机通信采用TCP/IP网络通信。利用编程软件和组态界面对系统进行调试,调试结果证明系统设计合理,具有一定的可行性。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the working principle of electric geothermal control system in intelligent building. Through the research of the electric geothermal system and the characteristics of the intelligent building,the industrial PLC controller is adopted to design the electric geothermal control system of the intelligent building.The lower computer of the system adopts the PLC control module and combines the sensor network to collect the controlled parameters,and the network communication adopts the Modbus bus communication.The upper computer of the system is developed by configuration software,and a visual monitoring subsystem is designed. The communication of the host computer adopts TCP/IP network communication. The system is debugged by programming software and configuration interface, and the debugging result proves that the system design is reasonable and feasible.
