血清超敏C反应蛋白与原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚的关系
Relation between serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and primary hypertension complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy
【摘要】 目的探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚的关系。方法纳入原发性高血压患者90例,其中伴左心室肥厚患者43例(观察组),不伴左心室肥厚患者47例(对照组)。比较两组的左房内径、左心室舒张末期内径、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、左室重量指数(LVMI)等超声心动图指标以及血清hs-CRP水平。分析观察组血清hs-CRP水平与上述超声心动图指标的相关性。结果与对照组比较,观察组IVST、LVPWT、LVMI增大,hs-CRP水平升高(均P<0.05)。观察组的血清hs-CRP水平与LVMI等超声心动图指标均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论与不伴左心室肥厚的原发性高血压患者相比,伴左心室肥厚者血清hs-CRP水平升高;hs-CRP可能参与原发性高血压性左心室肥厚的发生与发展。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relation between serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and primary hypertension complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods Ninety patients with primary hypertension were enrolled,including 43 patients complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy(observation group) and 47 patients without left ventricular hypertrophy(control group).Echocardiographic indicators(left atrial diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,interventricular septal thickness[IVST],left ventricular posterior wall thickness[LVPWT] and left ventricular mass index[LVMI]) as well as serum hs-CRP level were compared between the two groups.The correlation between serum hs-CRP level and echocardiographic indicators described above was analyzed in the observation group.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group reported increased IVST,LVPWT and LVMI,along with an elevated hs-CRP level(all P<0.05).Serum hs-CRP level positively correlated with echocardiographic indicators such as LVMI in the observation group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with primary hypertension patients without left ventricular hypertrophy,those complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy exhibit an elevated serum hs-CRP level;hs-CRP may be involved in the development and progression of left ventricular hypertrophy secondary to primary hypertension.
