【摘要】 目的探讨甲巯咪唑联合比索洛尔治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效及对甲状腺激素和糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取72例甲状腺功能亢进症患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组36例。对照组予甲巯咪唑治疗,观察组予甲巯咪唑联合比索洛尔治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效及治疗前后甲状腺激素[促甲状腺激素（TSH）、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸（FT₃）和游离甲状腺素（FT₄）]、血糖指标[FBG、餐后2小时血糖（2hPBG）]及血脂指标（TG、TC、LDL-C）。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）;两组患者的FT₃、FT₄水平降低,TSH水平升高,且观察组患者的FT₃、FT₄水平低于对照组,TSH水平高于对照组（均P<0.05）;两组患者的FBG、2hPBG水平较治疗前下降,且观察组患者的FBG、2hPBG水平低于对照组（均P<0.05）;两组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C水平较治疗前升高,且观察组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C水平高于对照组（均P<0.05）。结论甲巯咪唑联合比索洛尔治疗甲状腺功能亢进症疗效确切,能显著降低甲状腺激素水平,并通过降低血糖及升高血脂水平而纠正甲状腺功能亢进症患者的糖脂代谢紊乱。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy of methimazole combined with bisoprolol and their effects on thyroid hormones and glucolipid metabolism in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.MethodsSeventy-two patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly allocated to observation group（n=36）or control group（n=36）.The control group was treated with methimazole,and the observation group with methimazole and bisoprolol.The clinical efficacy after treatment,as well as thyroid hormones[including thyroid hormone（TSH）,free triiodothyronine（FT₃）and free tetraiodothyronine（FT₄）],blood glucose indices[including FBG and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose（2hPBG）],and blood lipids indices（TG,TC and LDL-C）before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）;the FT₃and FT₄levels decreased and TSH level increased in both groups,with FT₃and FT₄levels lower and TSH level higher in the observation than in the control（all P<0.05）;the FBG and 2hPBG levels decreased in both groups,with the levels lower in the observation than in the control（all P<0.05）;the TC,TG and LDL-C levels increased in both groups,with the levels higher in the observation than in the control（all P<0.05）.Conclusion Methimazole combined with bisoprolol obtains a definite efficacy in the treatment of hyperthyroidism,for it can significantly reduce thyroid hormones levels,and correct glucolipid metabolic disorder by lowering blood glucose and raising blood lipids levels in patients with hyperthyroidism.更多还原
