阿尔茨海默病患者血清同型半胱氨酸、超氧化物歧化酶水平及其临床意义
Serum homocysteine and superoxide dismutase levels and their clinical significance in patients with Alzheimer’s disease
【摘要】 目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及其临床意义。方法选择100例AD患者作为AD组,100例健康体检者作为对照组。检测所有研究对象的载脂蛋白E(ApoE)ε4等位基因。比较两组血清Hcy和SOD水平,分析AD组患者血清Hcy和SOD水平的相关性,并采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估Hcy、SOD及两者联合检测对AD的诊断效能。结果 AD组患者血清Hcy水平高于对照组,SOD水平低于对照组(均P <0. 05)。AD组中,Apo Eε4携带者血清SOD水平低于非Apo Eε4携带者(P <0. 05),但血清Hcy水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。AD组ApoEε4携带者血清SOD水平低于对照组ApoEε4携带者(P <0. 05),但血清Hcy水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。AD组血清Hcy与SOD水平呈负相关(P <0. 05)。Hcy、SOD以及联合检测诊断AD的ROC曲线下面积分别为0. 609、0. 949、0. 949(均P <0. 05)。结论 AD患者血清Hcy水平升高,SOD水平降低; Hcy水平可能与AD遗传危险因素Apo Eε4无关,而SOD水平可能与ApoEε4有关。血清SOD诊断AD的效能相对较高。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the serum homocysteine( Hcy) and superoxide dismutase( SOD) levels and their clinical significance in the patients with Alzheimer’s disease( AD). Methods A total of 100 patients with AD were selected as AD group and 100 health examinees as control group. The allele ε4 of apolipoprotein E( ApoE) was detected in all subjects. The serum Hcy and SOD levels were compared between two groups,the correlation of serum Hcy and SOD levels was analyzed in the AD group,and receiver operating characteristic( ROC) curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of Hcy,SOD,and their combined detection for AD. Results The serum Hcy level was higher and SOD level was lower in the AD group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). In the AD group,the serum SOD level in the carriers of Apo E ε4 was lower than that in the noncarriers( all P < 0. 05),but no statistical difference in the serum Hcy level was found( P > 0. 05). The serum SOD level of the carriers of Apo E ε4 in the AD group was lower than in the control group( P < 0. 05),but no statistical significance in the serum Hcy level was found( P > 0. 05). In AD group,the serum SOD level negatively correlated with Hcy level( P < 0. 05). The areas under ROC curve of Hcy,SOD and the combined detection for diagnosing AD were 0. 609,0. 949 and 0. 949,respectively( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion In patients with AD,the serum Hcy level increases,while serum SOD level decreases; Hcy level is probably not related to the genetic risk factor ApoE ε4,but SOD level is. The diagnostic efficacy of serum SOD for AD is relatively higher.
