【摘要】 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者合并代谢综合征(MS)的影响因素。方法将120例COPD患者根据是否并发MS分为COPD合并MS组与COPD未合并MS组,COPD合并MS组再根据COPD病情轻重分为轻度组和重度组。检测患者空腹血糖、TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C水平,测量腰围,计算体质指数(BMI)。分析COPD患者并发MS的危险因素。结果 120例COPD患者中,共42例(35%)并发MS。COPD合并MS组患者的BMI、腰围、空腹血糖及TG水平均高于COPD未合并MS组,HDL-C水平低于COPD未合并MS组(均P <0. 05)。COPD合并MS组的轻度患者与重度患者BMI、腰围、空腹血糖、TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0. 05)。长期吸烟、使用激素、高BMI、腰围大、高空腹血糖是COPD患者并发MS的独立危险因素(均P <0. 05)。结论长期吸烟、使用激素、高BMI、腰围大、高空腹血糖是COPD患者并发MS的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influencing factors for complication of metabolic syndrome( MS) in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD). Methods A total of 120 patients with COPD were divided into COPD with MS group or COPD without MS group according to the occurrence or nonoccurrence of MS,and COPD with MS group was subdivided into mild group or severe group according to the severity of COPD. Levels of FBG,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were detected,the waist circumference was measured,and the body mass index( BMI)was calculated in all patients. Risk factors for the occurrence of MS in COPD patients were analyzed. Results Among120 COPD patients,42( 35%) patients were complicated with MS. Compared to the COPD without MS group,BMI,waist circumference,levels of FBG and TG were higher,and the HDL-C level of was lower in the COPD with MS group( all P < 0. 05). In the COPD with MS group,there were no statistical differences in the BMI,waist circumference,or the levels of FBG,TC,TG,HDL-C or LDL-C between the mild group and the severe group( all P > 0. 05). Long-term smoking,administration of hormone,elevated BMI,large waist circumference and elevated FBG were independent risk factors for MS in COPD patients( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Long-term smoking,administration of hormone,elevated BMI,large waist circumference and elevated FBG are the risk factors for being complicated with MS in COPD patients.更多还原
