【摘要】 以广义虚拟经济的角度,研究社区环境质量的好坏影响居民对住房的满意程度,影响到居民的生活品质,进而影响居民的主观幸福感。以自陈量表(社区环境、住房满意度)和主观幸福感量表为研究工具,对457名北京市城区的社区居民进行问卷调查,通过因子分析得到,社区环境由景观绿化、环境安全、配套设施、邻里关系和社区互动五个维度构成;住房满意度由住房条件和物业管理两个维度构成。通过独立样本t检验和方差分析得到,住房满意度和主观幸福感存在一定的组群差异。通过路径分析发现,景观绿化、环境安全通过住房满意度对主观幸福感产生显著影响;社区互动直接对主观幸福感产生显著影响,并通过住房满意度对主观幸福感产生显著影响;邻里关系直接对主观幸福感产生显著影响,并通过住房条件对主观幸福感产生间接的显著影响;配套设施通过住房条件对主观幸福感产生间接的显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Community environmental quality will affect the degree of residents’ housing satisfaction and their quality of life based on the generalized virtual economy, thereby affecting the subjective wellbeing of the residents. The designed questionnaires(including community environment scale and housing satisfaction scale) and the GSWLS were used in this paper to explore the relationship among community environment, this paper carried out the survey on 457 urban community residents in Beijing. Through factor analysis, community environment consists of five dimensions, namely landscape, environmental security, supporting facilities, neighborhood and community interaction; housing satisfaction consists of two dimensions, namely housing condition and property management. Through independent sample t test and variance analysis, housing satisfaction and subjective well-being have differences between groups. By path analysis, landscape and environmental security can significantly influence on subjective well-being through housing satisfaction; community interactive can not only directly influence on subjective wellbeing, but also indirectly through housing satisfaction; neighborhood can not only directly influence on subjective well-being, but also indirectly through housing conditions; supporting facilities can influence on subjective well-being through housing conditions.更多还原
