一种抗菌水凝胶的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 以阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯醇等为原料,通过戊二醛交联成功制备了具有pH和温度敏感的水凝胶,通过溶液吸附法制备了负载水杨酸的水凝胶。分别研究了pH和温度对水凝胶溶胀性能的影响,以及pH和温度对负载水凝胶的缓释性能。实验结果表明,水凝胶对pH和温度有敏感性;负载水杨酸的水凝胶在中性介质下的缓释性能要好于酸性和碱性介质,水凝胶缓释性能受温度影响,随着温度升高,缓释性能提高,凝胶的缓释性与溶胀行为一致。

【Abstract】 Using acacia gum and polyvinyl alcohol as raw materials, the hydrogels with pH and temperature sensitivity were successfully prepared by crosslinking glutaraldehyde. And, hydrogels loaded with salicylic acid were prepared by solution adsorption method. The effects of pH and temperature on swelling properties of hydrogels and the slow release properties of the loaded hydrogels were investigated, respectively. The experimental results indicated that hydrogels were sensitive to pH and temperature. The sustained release performance of hydrogels loaded with salicylic acid in neutral media was better than that in acidic and alkaline media. The sustained release performance of hydrogels was affected by temperature. With the temperature increased, the sustained release performance improved, and the sustained release behavior of hydrogels was consistent with swelling behavior.
