氟化物沉淀法净化工业硫酸锰液中的钙和镁

【摘要】 采用NaF沉淀剂实现了对工业硫酸锰中钙、镁离子的有效净化,探讨了PAM对沉淀物沉降性能的改善作用,并通过Box-Behnken响应面法优化了反应条件。实验结果表明,PAM的添加缩短了CaF2和MgF2的沉降时间,各反应条件对钙、镁去除效果的影响程度依次为:NaF过量系数>pH>温度,其最佳反应条件为:pH=6.3、NaF过量系数2.0、温度75℃,钙去除率和镁去除率的平均值分别为81.64%、94.75%,与模型的预测值基本吻合。

【Abstract】 The separation of calcium and magnesium from industrial manganese sulfate was preformed successfully by the precipitant of sodium fluoride. Moreover,the effect of PAM on the sedimentation performance was evaluated.Using Box-Behnken response surface methodology,the reaction conditions of fluoride precipitant were optimized.The experimental results demonstrated that PAM could effectively shorten the sedimentation time of CaF2 and MgF2,which overcomes the shortcomings of precipitants. Furthermore,the results indicate that the most significant influencing factor is the excess coefficient of sodium fluoride,followed by pH and temperature. The optimal adsorption conditions are at the pH of 6.3,excess coefficient of sodium fluoride of 2.0,temperature of 75 ℃. Under the optimum conditions,the removal rates of calcium and magnesium were 81.64% and 94.75%,respectively,which are consistent with the predicted values by response surface method.
