【摘要】 胞外聚合物(EPS)是一种对重金属具有良好吸附能力且广泛存在于自然环境中的天然物质,在环境领域逐渐受到重视。综述了近年来国内外有关微生物EPS的研究进展,包括EPS的产生机制、对不同重金属的吸附机理及其应用前景,列举了相似的结论与不同的观点,简要分析了产生差异性结果的原因,并对EPS的发展前景及研究方向进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Extracellular polymeric substance(EPS) is a kind of natural substance having favorable adsorption capability for heavy metals,existing in natural environment,and gaining attention gradually in the environmental fields.The research progress in microbial EPS includes the generation mechanisms of EPS,adsorption mechanisms for different heavy metals,and their application prospect,in China and abroad,are summarized in this paper. Examples on similar conclusions and different viewpoints are presented,the causes that bring about different results analyzed briefly,and the developing prospect and research direction of EPS predicted.更多还原
