IT-SOFC阴极材料Sr0.9Y0.1CoO3-δ的结构及电性能研究
Study on the structure and electric properties of Sr0.9Y0.1CoO3-δ cathode material for IT-SOFC
【摘要】 采用双螯合剂溶胶-凝胶法制备了中温固体氧化物燃料电池阴极材料Sr0.9Y0.1CoO3-δ.研究结果表明,Sr0.9Y0.1CoO3-δ氧化物具有稳定的立方钙钛矿结构.在不同的氧分压环境下,Sr0.9Y0.1CoO3-δ阴极材料的电导率均高于200S/cm,提高氧气浓度更有利于电极性能的提高.电化学交流阻抗谱测试结果显示,阴极材料在800℃时的极化电阻为0.038Ω·cm2.以电解质支撑的单电池,在800℃时输出功率为479mW/cm2.
【Abstract】 The Sr0.9Y0.1CoO3-δ cathode material of the intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cell was prepared by using sol-gel method with the double-chelating agent.The results show that Sr0.9Y0.1CoO3-δ has a stable cubic perovskite structure.Under different oxygen partial pressure,the conductivity of Sr0.9Y0.1CoO3-δ cathode is higher than 200 S/cm,and the increase of the oxygen concentration is more favorable to the improvement of electrode performance.The results of electrochemical AC impedance spectroscopy show that the polarization resistance of Sr0.9Y0.1CoO3-δ cathode materal at 800℃ is 0.038Ω·cm2.The single cell supported by electrolyte has an output power of 479 mW/cm2 at 800℃.
