全自动气氛保护锂电池材料辊道烧结炉开发与应用

【摘要】 面对蓬勃发展的锂电池材料行业,一款智能化、高产能、低能耗的气氛保护辊道烧结炉的开发应用显得尤为重要。本文以生产磷酸铁锂材料为例,介绍了全自动气氛保护锂电池材料辊道烧结炉的主要设计计算过程,并着重对炉膛结构、密封结构以及传动结构进行了研究和优化设计,可达到设备运行稳定、产能较高、产品一致性好等预期效果,并且通过技术改进,设备还可应用于三元材料622及石墨材料等热处理烧结,具有很好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 To keep up with the vigorously developed lithium battery industry, it is important to develop and apply an automatic, productive and energy-saving roller sintering kiln with atmosphere protection. Take the production of LFP material as an example, the design procedure of the automatic roller sintering kiln for lithium battery material with atmosphere protection is introduced. The kiln structure, hermetically-sealed construction and transmission structure are studied and optimized. It can achieve the expected effect of stable operation, high production capacity and good product consistency. By the technological innovation, it can also be used for LNMC and graphite material and yield economic benefits.
