【摘要】 目的观察脊柱胸腰段骨折患者应用后路手术内固定治疗取得的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将我院2017年1月～2018年9月收入的104例脊柱胸腰段骨折患者分为采取前路手术内固定治疗的对照组及采取后路手术内固定治疗的观察组,各52例,对比两组临床效果。结果观察组围手术期指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组术前前缘高度、Cobb角、疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),术后观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率与对照组相当,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论后路手术内固定治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折取得的临床效果理想,值得加以推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of posterior operation internal fixation in treatment of spinal thoracolumbar fracture. Methods 104 patients with spinal thoracolumbar fracture who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anterior operation internal fixation while the observation group was treated with posterior operation internal fixation.Clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The perioperative indexes of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative leading edge height,Cobb angle and pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was the same as that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Conclusion Posterior operation internal fixation in treatment of spinal thoracolumbar fracture has ideal clinical curative effects, which is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
