【摘要】 目的观察我院免煎颗粒自动化调配设备引入后的应用效果。方法选取2017年第四季度的处方3302张,选取2018年第四季度的处方6967张。采用回顾性分析,统计颗粒剂处方的总量、患者取药等候的时间、处方调配的时间。结果自动化调配设备的调配速率提升了2.4%,人工调配模式差错率1.91%,调剂准确率98.09%;自动化调配系统差错率0.01%,调剂准确率99.99%。结论自动化调配模式明显优于人工调配模式,自动化调配设备的引入有助于提升药品的调配效率和准确性,有助于提升我院中医药工作水平和服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application effect of automatic dispensing equipment for Decoction-free granules in our hospital. Methods 3302 prescriptions in the fourth quarter of 2017 and 6967 prescriptions in the fourth quarter of 2018 were selected. By retrospective analysis, the total amount of granules prescription, waiting time for patients to take medicine, prescription dispensing time were counted. Results The dispensing rate of automatic dispensing equipment increased by 2.4%, the error rate of manual dispensing mode was 1.91%, the dispensing accuracy rate was 98.09%, the error rate of automatic dispensing system was 0.01%, and the dispensing accuracy rate was 99.99%. Conclusion The automatic dispensing mode is obviously superior to the manual dispensing mode. The introduction of automatic dispensing equipment is helpful to improve the efficiency and accuracy of drug dispensing and the level of work and service of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital.更多还原
