【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔引流导管行胸腔闭式引流联合持续负压吸引治疗COPD合并气胸的疗效。方法选择2015年6月～2018年6月共67例患者作为观察对象。其中治疗组28例,采用腹腔引流导管行胸腔闭式引流联合持续负压;对照组39例,采用常规胸腔闭式引流术治疗。回顾性观察分析两组患者的临床疗效和并发症。结果观察治疗组患者平均带管时间、肺复张时间、住院时间均小于对照组,术后无疼痛;治疗组的肺功能、动脉血气分析分析均较对照组有明显改善(P <0.05)。结论腹腔引流导管行胸腔闭式引流联合持续负压吸引治疗COPD合并气胸,疗效好,并发症少,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore curative effects of closed thoracic drainage with abdominal drainage catheter combined with continuous negative pressure suction in treatment of COPD combined with pneumothorax. Methods 67 patients from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected as research objects.28 patients in the treatment group were given closed thoracic drainage with abdominal drainage catheter combined with continuous negative pressure suction while 39 patients in the control group were given conventional closed thoracic drainage.The clinical curative effects and complications of the two groups were retrospectively observed and analyzed. Results The average tubulization time,lung recruitment time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.There was no pain after operation in the observation group.The lung function and arterial blood gas analysis of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Closed thoracic drainage with abdominal drainage catheter combined with continuous negative pressure suction in treatment of COPD combined with pneumothorax has good curative effects and fewer complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
