【摘要】 目的分析采用Tightrope钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位患者的临床效果和安全性。方法在我院2018年1～11月治疗肩锁关节脱位患者中选取16例,并且严格按照Rockwood分型标准分为Ⅲ～Ⅵ型,观察16例患者治疗效果和并发症发生率。结果手术治疗后,表示为优的患者14例、良为2例、差为0例,优良率达到100%,并且肩部出现轻微疼痛为1例;出现患肢劳动能力略有减弱为1例,并发症发生率为12.50%。结论采用Tightrope钢板治疗RockwoodⅢ～Ⅵ型肩锁关节脱位患者疗效显著,且能有效降低并发症发生率,利于预后,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of Tightrope plate in patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods From January to November 2018,16 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation were selected and strictly classified into type Ⅲ-Ⅵ according to Rockwood classification criteria.The therapeutic effect and the incidence of complications were observed in 16 patients. Results After operation,14 patients were excellent,2 were good and 0 were poor,the excellent and good rate was 100%,and 1 case had slight pain in shoulder,1 case had slight weakening of working ability of affected limbs,and the incidence of complications was 12.50%. Conclusion Treatment of Rockwood Ⅲ-Ⅵ acromioclavicular joint dislocation with Tightrope plate is effective,and can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, prognosis,and is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
