【摘要】 目的观察阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的治疗效果以及对患儿血清C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法研究对象选自本院2017年8月～2018年8月收治的90例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组45例,使用阿奇霉素进行治疗;观察组患儿45例使用阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠进行治疗。观察两组患儿治疗疗效以及对于患儿血清C反应蛋白水平的影响。结果经过治疗后,两组患儿病情均出现好转,但是观察组患儿的治疗有效率93.3%优于对照组患儿的82.2%;观察组患儿临床不适症状、体征消失时间以及住院时长均低于对照组患儿;观察组患儿C反应蛋白较对照组患儿降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于肺炎支原体肺炎患儿使用阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠进行治疗,能够明显提升临床治疗效果,减轻不良反应发生率,值得在临床上进行推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of azithromycin combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and its effect on serum C-reactive protein level. Methods 90 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August2018 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin while the observation group was treated with azithromycin combined with montelukast sodium. Curative effects and its effect on serum C-reactive protein level of patients in two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the symptoms of both groups were improved.The effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 93.3%, higher than that of the control group 82.2%. The clinical discomfort symptoms, disappearance time of physical signs and hospital stay of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group. The decrease of C-reactive protein level was more obvious in the observation group than in the control group, P < 0.05. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia can significantly improve the clinical curative effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
