3D打印丹参口腔崩解片的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨3D打印技术制备丹参口腔崩解片(ODT)的可行性。方法通过3D打印技术制备丹参ODT,设定ODT直径10mm,喷涂层高0.1mm,层数30层。并检测口腔崩解片的崩解时限、硬度、口感、外观及内部结构特征等指标。结果打印的丹参ODT直径约10mm,厚度约3mm。平均质量163.4mg,平均硬度为1.78kg。所制得片剂在45s以内崩解,外观及口感良好,孔隙度高。结论 3D打印的丹参ODT孔隙度高,工艺简易,崩解时限短,口感及外观良好。3D打印丹参ODT具有一定的可行性。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of 3 D printed orally disintegrating tablets(ODT) of salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods ODT of salvia miltiorrhiza was preparated by 3 D printing, and the ODT was set 10 mm in diameter, 0.1 mm in thickness per layer, and 30 layers in layer number. The hardness, disintegration time, hardness,taste, appearance, and internal structure of the ODT were tested. Results The ODT of salvia miltiorrhiza was about10 mm in diameter, about 3 mm in thickness, 163.4 mg in average quality, and 1.78 kg in average hardness. The ODT was disintegrated within 45 s, and it had good appearance and taste, and high porosity. Conclusion 3 D printed ODT of salvia miltiorrhiza has high porosity, simple process, short disintegration time, good taste and appearance, which has certain feasibility.
